Accessing Case Management Services.

STEP 1 – Make Contact

STEP 2 – Determine Eligibility

The Intake Staff at the St. Louis Regional Office will set up an intake meeting. They will check medical and school records for a documented diagnosis of the individual’s developmental disability.
