After School Program:
After School services are provided during a weekly rotating schedule with an average participation of 1-2 times per week at 1-2 hours each day. Daily activities include sports, arts, music, outdoor play, community field trips, a healthy snack, and accessible transportation home.

Lifebridge Camps:
LifeBridge Camps are offered during various times throughout the year when schools are out of session. Camp services may be offered in a single day session or up to multiple days in a week and available during weekdays and weekends. Camp hours may fluctuate between half and full day sessions. Services may be held at LifeBridge's administrative offices or at community venues. A counselor in training (CIT) program is available to campers 16 years and older, have previously participated in LifeBridge camps and express the desire to take on a leadership role. CIT’s serve as team assistants, assist with running camp activities, and are camper mentors. Transportation is provided to each camper.

Out and About Program:
The Out and About Program is designed to empower adults with disabilities to plan and participate in social and recreational activities of their choosing.  The program provides individuals the freedom to try new things and go places they would not otherwise visit.  In addition, individuals have the opportunity to increase independence in their recreational pursuits by interacting with people, learning to use community resources, and developing new skills. LifeBridge Partnership provides accessible door-to-door transportation, as well as personalized supports, as individuals access the community.
