After School Program:
After School services are provided during a weekly rotating schedule with an average participation of 1-2 times per week at 1-2 hours each day. Daily activities include sports, arts, music, outdoor play, community field trips, a healthy snack, and accessible transportation home.

Lifebridge Camps:
LifeBridge Camps are offered during various times throughout the year when schools are out of session and may range from a single-day session to multiple days in a week or over the weekend. Campers are provided with a unique experience that includes recreation and leisure in a safe and supported peer group. Activities are designed to increase confidence in current skills and/or enhance the ability to learn new skills and experience a sense of belonging. Services may occur at LifeBridge's administrative offices or at community venues. Accessible door-to-door transportation is provided to each camper.

Out and About Program:
The Out and About Program is designed to empower adults with disabilities to plan and participate in social and recreational activities of their choosing.  The program provides individuals the freedom to try new things and go places they would not otherwise visit.  In addition, individuals have the opportunity to increase independence in their recreational pursuits by interacting with people, learning to use community resources, and developing new skills. LifeBridge Partnership provides accessible door-to-door transportation, as well as personalized supports, as individuals access the community.
