Description:
The Gateway Region YMCA (YMCA) features 24 traditional YMCA branches in Missouri and Illinois, along with two Campus YMCA student leadership facilities, the Community Services Y-Without-Walls serving East St. Louis and YMCA Community Literacy. Our YMCA also includes YMCA Camp Lakewood and Trout Lodge in Potosi, MO. The Carondelet Park Rec Complex and the O’Fallon Park Rec Complex are owned by the City of St. Louis and operated by the YMCA.

Integrated Fitness:
The Integrated Fitness Program supports city residents who are at least six years old. Services are provided by appointment, in a 1:1 support ratio in person, virtually or a combination of both. Services provided include non-therapeutic support to enable participation in inclusive fitness classes and personal training sessions, as well as social opportunities, in a community-based recreational setting. YMCA staff provides assistance to help participants define personal fitness goals and become acclimated to the facility, fitness equipment, classes, and the pool. Participants can access the YMCA in one of two ways:

1) Integrated Fitness punch card – The cost of the card is $40.00 for 10 fitness appointments. Access to the YMCA is limited to only the fitness appointment times.

2) Monthly membership – The YMCA has a membership scholarship program that is available for those who qualify, based on income-based, sliding scale system. With a membership, the participant has complete access to the YMCA, including the Integrated Fitness Program.
