Job Title: Marketing & Communications Coordinator
FLSA Classification: Non-Exempt (Fulltime), Hourly
General Purpose: The Marketing and Communications Coordinator is responsible for the marketing, communication, and public relations needs of the St. Louis Office for Developmental Disability Resources (DD Resources) and Productive Living Board (PLB). The position serves as a liaison between the Boards and the general public and community agencies, educating the community about how taxpayer dollars are used to fund agencies that meet the needs of people with developmental disabilities, as well as bringing awareness about the agencies and services they provide. This will be achieved by utilizing various media including, but not limited to, written, spoken and visual inputs. The coordinator performs community outreach, manages electronic media, print materials and promotional items.
