Overview: The St. Louis Office for DD Resources is currently recruiting for two (2) fulltime Service Advocates that are primarily responsible for providing ongoing case management services to support individuals who have intellectual disabilities. Individuals who are registered with the St. Louis Regional Office can choose to receive Targeted Case Management from either St. Louis Regional Office or DD Resources. Individuals are assisted with identifying their needs. Service advocates then provide case management services that link individuals to the appropriate community-based services.
